Noush Navazani
Therapy is a relationship, so it helps to know who you’ll be meeting. Clinically, I blend structured, skills-based approaches with deeper explorations of how early experiences shape present patterns. Alongside my private practice, I’m a doctoral researcher exploring how formative experiences influence adult behaviour and relationships.

I’m also the author of “The Child Behind Your Patterns”, a book for people who sense that the past still echoes in their present and want compassionate, practical ways to respond.

My work is informed by CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Schema Therapy, attachment science, mindfulness and compassion-focused ideas. I receive regular clinical supervision and engage in ongoing professional development so that the care I offer remains grounded, ethical and up to date.
